Michael Kennedy
Founder & CEO
Kennedy’s career in luxury hospitality began as a Certified Sommelier at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington DC and Grand Cayman where he had the honor of delivering exceptional wine experiences and served as Beverage Director at Blue by Eric Ripert.
In 2014, he founded Component Wine Company and later established Fraîche Wine Group, which now features four acclaimed wineries. His achievements have earned him a place on Forbes 30 Under 30 and recognition as a “Rising Star” by Food & Wine Magazine for his contributions to the wine industry.
In his role as Founder & CEO of Giovanni Bonelli Group, Michael dreams of creating an environment where every person connected to the company feels a unique level of care. He believes that GBG transcends traditional luxury experiences by infusing them with an unprecedented degree of empathy and thoughtfulness.
Kapil Sharma
Chief Operating Officer
With an extensive background spanning more than 25 years in hospitality management, Kapil has accumulated a wealth of experience working with renowned brands such as Auberge, Atlantis, Marriott, Rosewood, and Ritz-Carlton, among others. This rich history has honed his expertise and fueled his passion for delivering exceptional service in luxury hotels.
In his role as COO at Giovanni Bonelli Group, Kapil is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including the spa, club, and food & beverage programs. With Kapil at its helm, Giovanni Bonelli hotels operate under the highest standards of hospitality and care for guests and employees alike.
Morgan Stallings
Vice President of Development
After nearly ten years managing large accounts and an inside account management team for a prominent 3rd Party Logistics company, Morgan transitioned to a role with a highly regarded commercial real estate investment sponsor delving into the realms of real estate, deal-making, development execution, and operations on a global scale. Both of these experiences inspired Morgan's belief in how outstanding people working together can create significant companies that influence people and places.
Now serving as the Vice President of Development at GBG, Morgan is tasked with overseeing the hotel group's development projects, cultivating key stakeholder relationships, and driving growth initiatives.
